Placing an Order
Verify your information during checkout then proceed to "Place Order". You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received approximately within 24 hours. We will email you to notify  when your order has been processed and shipped. Generally, we do not charged credit cards until we ship the item(s), however, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your card institution at the time you place the order when you pay with debit card, which may have an effect on your account balance.

FNX Solar Power Solutions Inc. offers a 7-day money back guarantee for items purchased directly from www.fnxsolar.ca. We guarantee that you will love your FNX Solar product, however, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 7 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.

To return an item, let us know by sending us an email at info@fnxsolar.ca  with the copy of the sales receipt issued to the original consumer purchaser. A Return Authorization Number will be given to you by FNX Solar Power Solutions Inc. after your request of return. Send back the item to us at your expense within 7 days along with the Return Authorization Number. Returned product is in the original packaging, with all materials included, in new or as-new condition. Returns may incur a re-stocking fee.  Any item returned without a Return Authorization or without proof of purchase will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense. We will inspect the item returned to us once it arrives and then refund process will begin. Once approved, refunds on returned items will be issued back to the purchaser in the same form at the time of purchase, excluding freight charges. If payment was made by credit card, any approved refund will be credited back to the credit card. Please allow 10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Please carefully read the conditions below. If conditions are not met, FNX Solar Power Solutions Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return or can charge a restocking fee of up to 30% at our discretion. FNX Solar Power Solutions Inc. permits the 7-day money back guarantee return or offer refunds for the following products:
•    The product is returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, in new or as-new condition
•    Customer has shipped the product for less than 7 days (from the date the customer received the Return Authorization Number).
•    Not purchased from a 3rd party retail partner (directly contact the retailer)

Cancellation or Change of Order
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, email us immediately at info@fnxsolar.ca  We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please consider that our shipping system is designed to get orders promptly. Therefore, when an order has entered the shipping process we cannot cancel or change the order. Please refer to our returns policy in returning items you have ordered.

To request a warranty service email us at info@fnxsolar.ca with the copy of the sales receipt issued to the original consumer purchaser. A Return Authorization Number will be given to you by FNX Solar Power Solutions Inc. after your request. FNX Solar products warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner. Product materials are under normal consumer use and free from defects in workmanship within the one (1) year warranty period (1 year from the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address)
Shipping the product to FNX Solar is at the customer's expense and FNX Solar will ship back the product at FNX Solar's cost after the completion of service under this warranty obligation. Any product returned to FNX Solar without a Return Authorization or without proof of purchase will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense. For all valid warranty claims, FNX Solar will repair or replace FNX Solar product that fails to work during the warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material without any cost. Additional cost may be charge in replacing certain materials that is not included in the warranty.

FNX Solar warranty does not apply to the following:
•    any product that is misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in FNX Solar's current product manual
