-No, FLEX-GEN 200 is not waterproof

Bring it while on air travel?

-Typically, commercial airlines allow 100Wh without approval, anything greater than needs 'airline approval' contact your airline to avoid any delays when flying

Can I use it inddoors during power outage?

-Absolutely, use it to charge your smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc. and/or power devices such as electric fans, LED lamp, Internet router.

Can I use it to power a CPAP machine?

-Yes, there are two ways you can power a CPAP with this portable power station: via AC output port or DC output port (car cigar socket type). We strongly recommend that you use the DC output port with the DC Converter accessory for your CPAP to get longer runtime -- with humidifier/heater being switched off, estimated runtime with CPAP is 8+ hours.
